Responsible for creation and execution of building enclosure plans and forensic evaluation of existing construction. Tim excels at onsite assessments and observations, he delivers timely reports and manages client relations and all related project management.
Tim is a detail-driven consultant with more than 30 years experience in all phases of construction management. Tim’s experience installing and inspecting building envelopes gives him a unique advantage in defect diagnostics and litigation support. With over 15 years focused on enclosures, Tim has an intuitive talent for investigating and diagnosing defective products and installations. He brings a complete range of knowledge including writing construction specifications and enclosure assessments, peer review of industry designs, value engineering, inspections, design, contract administration and construction oversight. Project experience includes large scale rehabilitations, governmental and institutional contracts, K-12 and higher education campuses, historic structures, multi-family complexes and commercial properties.

Principal / Owner
Responsible for client relations, creation and execution of building enclosure plans and forensic evaluation of existing construction. Performs Building Enclosure Commissioning and consulting, site visits and observations, report creation and submission, and all related project management.
Devin is a Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider and is certified with Accredited Commissioning Authority+Building Enclosure credentials. He has more than 30 years experience in the design and construction of building enclosures. He has successfully worked on technically demanding building renovations and his commissioning process and building science project involvement has given him the understanding and experience needed to identify concerns, respond to challenges and provide solutions. Experienced with all phases of project development, Devin is adept at coordinating complex project teams and is a skilled communicator. He brings a calm and confident presence to his work, expertly guiding projects from inception through completion.

Account Manager
Shauna supports QEC clients and our internal teams with enthusiasm and attention to detail. Shauna interfaces on all projects from initial contact and RFPs through billing and close-out. Our clients and consultants rely on Shauna’s account oversight. Shauna joined our team in 2021 and has been a vital part of our growth. She also throws a great party and can run further than our team members added together!
